Since launching her business on July 7, 2023, Ms. Davis has embodied what it means to be a successful entrepreneur. In just over two years, she has built a thriving business grounded in integrity, leadership, and persistence—three traits that have guided her journey from day one.

What makes Ms. Davis stand out? According to her team and clients, it’s her exceptional communication, strong leadership, and relentless commitment to quality. She stays closely connected with her customers and the local Corvus office, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Whether it’s scheduling, inspections, or addressing concerns, Ms. Davis approaches every interaction with care and professionalism.
Her leadership style shines in how she supports her team. From regular trainings and check-ins to making sure her staff have what they need to succeed, she leads with both structure and compassion—setting a high bar for excellence.

Ms. Davis doesn’t back down from difficult tasks—instead, she faces them head-on. A recent example comes from her work with one of her clients, Splendid Sauce. When she encountered a tough stain on a restroom floor, she refused to settle for less. She tried multiple solutions, even reaching out for help, determined to make it right.
