This May, Corvus is proud to spotlight Ms. Cortina Richardson, a Franchise Owner whose dedication, leadership, and commitment to customer service have made her one of the standout performers across both the Baton Rouge and New Orleans markets.
Since opening her Corvus Franchise on June 6, 2023, Ms. Richardson has achieved impressive growth in a relatively short period of time. Today, she services 12 accounts across two major Louisiana markets, all while continuing to operate her own independent cleaning businesses. Her ability to balance expansion with exceptional service has helped her build a reputation as a trusted partner to customers and a respected leader within the Corvus network.

Known to many of her customers simply as “Tina,” Ms. Richardson has become known for her proactive communication, responsiveness, and commitment to solving problems before they become larger issues. Rather than waiting for concerns to arise, she stays closely connected with her clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
