For our May spotlight, Corvus is excited to highlight the exceptional work of Franchise Owner Mr. Earnest McCoy of Corvus of Chicago. Mr. McCoy embarked on his journey with Corvus in April 2020 and has since secured an impressive 17 accounts. His dedication and hard work have earned him the title of Franchisee of the Month twice, once in September 2020 and again in October 2022.

This April, we are excited to shine the spotlight on Corvus of Cincinnati franchise owners Mr. Damian Cogar and Mrs. Hannah Cogar, who joined the Corvus family in April of 2022. In just two years, the Cogars have achieved remarkable growth, expanding their operations by an awe-inspiring 200%!

Since purchasing their franchise, the Cogars have quickly become known for their diligence and exceptional management skills. Mr. Brian Peters, Chief Operating Officer of Corvus of Cincinnati, describes them as “highly diligent in managing their team while responding immediately to their customers.” Their proactive approach has not only fostered trust but also driven substantial growth in their business.

Josh Dayton from the Corvus Cincinnati office notes that despite the demanding nature of the cleaning industry, the Cogars consistently excel in staying on top of emails, inspection reports, phone calls, and text messages. Their ability to juggle high-quality cleaning services with effective communication is a testament to their hard work and dedication.

This February, we are excited to shine the spotlight on an exceptional member of our Corvus family, Mr. Christopher Davis. A distinguished Franchise Owner in St. Louis since 1998, Mr. Davis has become a pillar of excellence and dedication within our community.

For over two and a half decades, Mr. Davis has not only maintained but thrived in his role, servicing one of his initial accounts for an impressive 26 years. His commitment to quality and consistency has set a benchmark for service excellence within the Corvus franchise network.

Mr. Davis’s journey with Corvus is a family venture at heart, with several of his siblings also joining the ranks as franchise owners. Together, they have woven a strong fabric of support and shared success, underlining the values of unity and collaboration that Corvus stands for.

For our first month of the new year, Corvus is excited to spotlight Franchise Owner Ms. Felicia Brown-White.

Ms. Brown-White has been a Franchise Owner with Corvus of Cleveland since June 2023. In that short period of time, she has already grown her business significantly!

“She does a good job making friends with her customers who love how much she smiles and how much effort her team puts into her work,” says Mr. Johnny Lunsford, the Cleveland Assistant Regional Director. “She realizes the importance of playing the long game in her business and invests now so she can have bigger payoffs later.”

Ms. Brown-White is a world class communicator who always makes sure to keep the Cleveland office updated not only on her weekly accounts but her monthly cleans as well. Her attention to detail and care for her customers makes everyone who works with her happy and confident in her future success. Another thing that is so remarkable about Ms. Brown-White is her wonderful attitude, while she and her employees are doing quality work, she is continuously showing her positive mindset to all that she interacts with.
