This July, Corvus is thrilled to spotlight Corvus Franchisee Mr. Tony Ruiz, who has been making waves in the Cleveland area. Although Mr. Ruiz has been with Corvus for less than two years, his 34 years of experience in facility maintenance have enabled him to build a strong and successful business.

Mr. Ruiz’s business boasts a large capacity, with crews capable of handling a wide range of cleaning needs, including floor work, carpet care, window cleaning, and post-construction cleaning, among many other services. His versatility and expertise make him a top choice for new one-time work opportunities, setting him apart as a valuable franchisee.

Building Strong Relationships

What truly makes Mr. Ruiz stand out is his dedication to building strong relationships with both his team and his customers. For our first month of the new year, Corvus is excited to spotlight Franchise Owner Ms. Felicia Brown-White.

Ms. Brown-White has been a Franchise Owner with Corvus of Cleveland since June 2023. In that short period of time, she has already grown her business significantly!

“She does a good job making friends with her customers who love how much she smiles and how much effort her team puts into her work,” says Mr. Johnny Lunsford, the Cleveland Assistant Regional Director. “She realizes the importance of playing the long game in her business and invests now so she can have bigger payoffs later.”

Ms. Brown-White is a world class communicator who always makes sure to keep the Cleveland office updated not only on her weekly accounts but her monthly cleans as well. Her attention to detail and care for her customers makes everyone who works with her happy and confident in her future success. Another thing that is so remarkable about Ms. Brown-White is her wonderful attitude, while she and her employees are doing quality work, she is continuously showing her positive mindset to all that she interacts with.

Ms. Darketa Bryson has been a Franchise Owner since the opening of Corvus of Cleveland in 2021. Prior to partnering with Corvus, she began her career in residential cleaning services, giving her a solid foundation in the industry to hit the ground running with her franchise. Now, Ms. Bryson has customers ranging from small to very large businesses, and she prides herself on giving her best regardless of the size of her accounts. The Cleveland team is always impressed with the glowing reviews she receives on her Monthly Inspection Reports (MIRs), which she diligently collects to ensure high quality service. When you put your heart into your business, your customers take notice.

It’s not just her cleaning skills that mark Darketa as a top-tier Franchisee. She has a reputation for “rehabbing” problematic accounts. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she has risen to the occasion of turning around troubled accounts several times and consistently satisfies even the toughest customers.

Franchise Owner Mrs. Hayana Hill has made a major impact in one of our newest markets – Corvus of Cleveland – since opening her Franchise last June. According to Regional Director Mr. Johnny Lunsford, her friendly and bright personality showed right away at the disclosure. Since then, she has said yes to pretty much every opportunity given to her.

A particular instance where Mrs. Hill’s “just-say-yes” attitude shined was during crunch time. After being notified that a last-minute transfer was needed, she drove from Baltimore to Cleveland through the night to be at the walkthrough. Needless to say, the transfer was successful!

Mrs. Hill has many strengths, but in our opinion, it is her time management and organizational skills that really stand out. She is also smart, thorough, and does not shy away from hard work. As a full-time mother with work experience ranging from housekeeping to the nursing field, it is no surprise that she is already such a successful Franchise Owner.
